Cheshire Scaffolds Ltd was awarded this project after completing a similar project for West Properties Ltd 12 months earlier.

West Properties Ltd main core business was predominantly in London and they arrived in Manchester looking for a scaffolding contractor that could demonstrate their capabilities to carry out major construction projects within the city centre safely, efficiently and within West Properties Ltd’s budget constraints.

West Properties Ltd was conscious that it had been paying too much money for scaffolding and the final bill was always nothing like the original quotation. Cheshire Scaffolds planned the project with West Properties from an early stage and partnered with Mike Dines to plan and deliver the project within budget.

On this occasion Cheshire decided to use a CUPLOK scaffolding system to speed up the erection process and keep costs to a minimum.
